With over 10 years’ business consultancy, restructuring, recovery and insolvency experience in practice, Gemma has a further 8 years experience within the recruitment industry, with a demonstrated history in partnering with key clients on senior appointments.

Jack Barron

Jack is the Managing Director of Invoke Media, our marketing agency partner. The Invoke Media team provides support to our partners and the Burton Recruitment brand.

An experienced marketer with an MSc in Marketing Communications and an MSc in Psychology, he wrote one of his dissertations on recruitment marketing and worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a Manchester based firm earlier in his career.
